How the workshop approaches each job.
Every watch that comes to Tickwright goes through the same intake process regardless of service type. Condition is noted. Service scope is confirmed. Work only proceeds once the owner has agreed to what will be done.
For cleaning jobs, the aim is to refresh a piece that is in fair order without dismantling anything that does not need it. For bracelet work, the focus is on security and comfort — no link is adjusted without being checked. For overhauls, the movement is fully disassembled, cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, lubricated with the correct materials, and regulated.

Cleaning: 3–5 working days

Prices are in Thai Baht. Payment on collection. No deposit required.

Cleaning & Light Service
A gentle refresh for watches in fair order, covering external cleaning, basic internal check, and lubrication where needed. Suited to pieces that simply need tidying rather than full work. A short note records condition and any future points worth attention. Nothing further proceeds without the owner's say-so.

Ticket #002
Bracelet Repair & Resize
Repair, link adjustment, and clasp servicing for metal bracelets, with comfortable resizing. Covers stretched links, stiff clasps, and worn pins. Ideal for owners whose bracelets have loosened or no longer sit well. Each repair is checked for security before return.

Long-Service Mechanical Overhaul
A thorough overhaul for movements long overdue for care, returning steady running and accuracy. Covers full disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, regulation, and a written record. Best for pieces unopened for many years. A timing report accompanies the completed work.
